OK. The tower has been inspected. In order to add more income to the site the steel needs replacement with a new structure. It's always in the best interests of the site owner to keep the site running so income will not be lost during construction. But that's later. Right now a "Soils Report" is necessary for a design to be put together for any of these larger structures. We needed to contract with a geotechnical company to do borings at the site. Once we have that data it's possible to figure out what concrete design will be required for the new foundation and guy anchors in order to meet current MA State standards.
